Our Story We are the one-stop destination for luxury men's fashion. Konig Genève is a family-run luxury brand. Based in Geneva , Switzerland, our history dates back in 1897 . Our mission is to craft timeless elegance without compromise. Our Journey 1897 Our roots date back to 1897 , when our focus was on designing and crafting leather travel bags and suitcases for business men. Since then, we have continued this tradition and expanded upon it. 70s & 80s Fashion designer Didier Konig , raised in Paris , developed an interest in fashion in his early years. In 1 976 he accepted an executive position at the French designer’s Yves Saint Laurent boutique located in Madison Avenue, New York City . Later on, after accepting a promotion in 1981 , he organized the opening of many new YSL boutiques in the USA , as well as managed the store's collections. 2010 In 2010 we opened a large Konig store in Geneva next to the most luxurious hotels in the city. There, we showcase one of the world’s most diverse fashion collections and offer a personalized shopping experience. Today Didier Konig continues creating his own unique collections and further developing the Konig brand with his wife and his son Noam Konig. Well-known for the use of materials in unexpected contexts and combinations, we create practical and elegant fashion items for men.
